We advise all our members were possible to arrive 10-15 minutes before the session begins in order to begin warming up and mobilising.

Any bags, personal items are to be stored in the lockers provided, not on the gym floor.

Please ensure to bring your own water bottle and turn up dressed appropriately to participate.

Tuesdays:

1800 – 1900 Strength Session

1900 – 2000 Velocity Session

Thursday: 

1800 – 1900 Strength Session

1900 – 2000 Velocity Session

Saturday: 

0900-1000 Conditioning

Personal Training, Sports Massage & Rehabilation sessions:

Theses sessions are arranged diecrectly between you and your coach/therapist at a time which is convenient to you.
